Standard Bank holds board meeting

RN Desk: The 400th board meeting of Standard Bank PLC was held on Thursday at the Boardroom of the Head Office in Dhaka.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mohammed Abdul Aziz, presided over the meeting.

It was attended by Director and Founder Chairman Kazi Akram Uddin Ahmed, Director and Founder Vice Chairman Kamal Mostafa Chowdhury, Directors Ashok Kumar Saha, Ferozur Rahman, SAM Hossain, Gulzar Ahmed, Md Zahedul Hoque, AKM Abdul Alim, Md Abul Hossain and Independent Director Golam Hafiz Ahmed.

Md Habibur Rahman, managing director and CEO; Md Siddiqur Rahman, deputy managing director; and Md Mizanur Rahman, FCS, company secretary, were also present at the meeting.
